We just unpacked a dozen bolts of new kaffe/phillip jacobs fabrics! Hurry over to the shop before they’re all snatched up!
We had a store full of them yesterday afternoon!
If you’ve visited us lately you’ve probably met Miss Sofie, our youngest employee!
She and her girl scout troop came in for a couple of hours and sewed a quilt to give a young girl at Sunrise Children’s Home. They did such a great job and I’m pretty sure they had a good time too!
The quilt is almost done and i’ll post more pictures when it is. It was so nice to see a group so happy to be doing something for someone else. I think there are some budding sewers in the group as well!
On Tuesdays starting Feb. 11th you may want to join us for the Rule you Rulers class. Here’s a corner of the quilt, it’s newly hung in the store, so stop by for a better view!

Speaking of the Mystery Quilt class it’s this Sat @ 10 a.m. Bring your pieces already cut out and extra fabrics if you’d like. Most everyone has time to cut out next months pieces during class.
